Green Flow Content Planner ("the app") is a content scheduling tool operated by Green Flow Digital (greenflowdigital.com). This policy explains what data the app accesses when you connect a Pinterest account, and how it is used. Contact: business@greenflowdigital.com.

The app publishes content only from websites owned by Green Flow Digital: alisabest.com.

1. What we access

When you connect your Pinterest account through Pinterest's official OAuth screen, we receive an access token limited to the permissions you approve: user_accounts:read, boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, pins:write. We use it to show your boards and to publish Pins that you select and approve.

2. What we store

• Your Pinterest access and refresh tokens, encrypted.
• Pin drafts you create in the app: image URL, title, description, destination link, chosen board and scheduled time.

We never ask for or store your Pinterest password or session cookies. We do not store Pinterest data beyond what is needed to publish your own Pins and show their status.

3. How we use it

Only to publish Pins you have individually approved, at the time you choose, and to show their publishing status. The app never takes action on your account without your approval of that specific Pin.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Pinterest data with any third party.

5. Retention and deletion

• Click Disconnect Pinterest in the dashboard to delete your tokens immediately. Drafts are deleted within 7 days.
• You can also revoke access at any time on pinterest.com under Settings → Security and logins → Apps.
• To request deletion of any data, email business@greenflowdigital.com.
